Stay connected with Survivorship Care’s Standard Telehealth Follow-up. Our 20-30 minute virtual appointments are available weekdays from 8:30-5:30pm to cater to your busy schedule. Our team specializes in follow-up care for patients who have undergone radiation to their head/brain and mask during simulation/treatment, adjuvant whole brain radiation therapy, radiation to head/neck, gamma knife surgery, infusion chemotherapy treatment, truebeam linear accelerator, and more. Let us help you stay on track with your health and wellness goals.
