Service Description

At Survivorship Care, we know that cancer treatment can be overwhelming. That's why we offer personalized in-person follow-up appointments to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible. Our team of experts will work with you to address any concerns you may have and provide you with the support you need. Our follow-up appointments are 20-30 minutes long and cost $95. We specialize in radiation to the head/brain and mask during simulation/treatment, adjuvant whole brain radiation therapy, radiation head/neck, Gamma Knife surgery, infusion chemotherapy treatment, truebeam linear accelerator, and infusion chemotherapy treatment.
